The Alpha style is our is our newest triple pleat design that introduces new practical and functional design details like a removable copper wire for home laundering. This can be achieved by sliding out the wire through a small opening in the stitch line at the top right corner. This premium mask is made of 100% Khaki cotton Japanese Selvedge Twill with all Tonal details including black interlining, black label and all matching thread. This mask style has curved corners and it is fashioned with adjustable black elastic straps. The triple pleats are stitched down on the sides of the mask by a curved stitch line which allows more pleat expansion when talking. The Alpha is designed to have a lower profile and a snug fit while offering a superior seal around the mask due to our adjustable copper wire nose bridge detail and chin, box pleat design.
