This model, as well as our Defender and Cover-Ups, is a part of our now classic mask offerings. This triple pleat mask style is our improved version of the classic health care workhorse. We spent days experimenting and perfecting the details and numerous improvements for a far superior fit and proper visual balance. Made from White Oak selvedge 2x1 denim, a lightweight denim far less heavy than your typical blue jeans. It has black woven fusable lining for an extra layer of protection and filtration. It has a reverse box pleat for your chin for the optimum contour and a shaped wire top for a snug fit. We’ve upgraded the Denim Head with a hidden wire opening on the binding for easy removal of the wire for machine or vigorous hand washing.

For every mask we sell we are donating one to various correctional institutions, hospitals, or rehab facilities in need.

The pleated detail is functional but it also harkens back to the pleated front denim jackets from the 40’s and 50’s. The outer fabric is a 9oz. White Oak 2X1 denim which has the proper weight balance for structure without the extra weight.

Chin box pleat detail eliminates gaping around the bottom and streamlines the on contact with the side face for a superior fit.

We've fused the back of the denim fabric with Black woven 100% Poly fusing for an extra layer of protection and structure.

Aluminum wire is sewn into the top of the mask so that you can mold it to the bridge of your nose for a secure fit.

Red elastic 1/4“ straps are the perfect finishing touch for this fused denim mask. One small copper rivet on the wearers left side is our identifiable mark.
